Slides won't advance; quiz questions won't advance

You answered a question and received the response of "Correct—Click anywhere to continue." You click. And click. And click. But the slide doesn't change.
Solution: Click the advance button:

I lost/forgot my password

Go to http://breeze.wsu.edu/ and use the link "Forgot your password?"

Advance Button

Open ToolsIf you cannot see the Advance Button, you can unveil it by clicking the icon to open the tool panel, as indicated to the right.
Be sure you answer each question as it appears. You will not be able to go back to answer questions, and therefore may not receive credit for the training if you skip questions. Click the Submit button to record your answer, and only when you receive verification should you click the Advance button.
Note: The Advance Button only works on quiz questions if your slides do not advance automatically. If the quiz questions advance automatically, you will not be able to click the Advance Button. Do not skip educational content with the Advance Button, because courses are timed, and you will not receive credit if our records show that you advanced rapidly through the training.

I did not receive notification or links for all of my courses.

Go to http://breeze.wsu.edu/ and log in. In the gray menu bar, click My Training to view courses you are currently enrolled in. All your courses should be listed. You may need to click the "More" link at the bottom right.

I can't tell/don't know if I completed my course not.

Go to http://breeze.wsu.edu/ and log in. If you are already logged in, reload/refresh the page (Ctrl-R on Windows or Apple-R on Macintosh).

In the gray menu bar click MY TRANING to view "Training I'm Enrolled In." and "Training I've Completed."  You can print the Training I’ve Completed page for your records.

I can log into my training, but I am having trouble viewing or taking the training. It doesn't seem to be acting like it should.

Check your version of the Flash Player.  To determine this, go to one of our online courses, right-click (Mac: Control-click) the course, and a menu will say, "About Flash Player X."
If you are not using version 8 or higher, download and install the most recent Flash Player. After installing, reboot your computer and try again.

Presentation doesn't advance from slide to slide

If you are on an old computer or a slow, dial-up modem, try using a newer computer with a faster Internet connection.

I cannot hear the presentation audio.

Your firewall may be blocking mp3 files. To test this, try playing this mp3 file and this mp3 stream. If you cannot download or play the audio, you may need to configure your firewall to allow mp3 files.
