Copyright Issues

  1. Very complicated.
  2. Educational institutions tend to have greater flexibility in using copyrighted materials than other organizations.
  3. Educational instutions do not have total freedom in reproducing copyrighted materials, so proceed with caution.
  4. Just because you or someone else puts something on the Internet, doesn't mean that it is in the "public domain." Copyright still applies.
  5. Very complicated.
